Strawberry Jam: We've taken our original Homestyle Stawberry Freezer jam and tweaked it for local restaurants. How? We've lowered the sugar even further to allow it's uses for more tart recipes--note the details in the nutritional table below which reflect the fact that this product is lower in sugar than any jam or topping or preserve available. We've made the packaging more appropriate--simpler and in larger 2 L pouch. Yet it retains the full flavour and outsized chunks of the original. Available in fine restaurants and any place serving high quality locally made food. We know you'll like it.

Ingredients: Strawberries, organic evaporated cane juice, fruit pectin.

Directions: Thaw in refrigerator overnight before serving.
